Commission travels to Moscow against backdrop of trade tension

Brussels, 19/03/2013 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is expected to call the Russian government to order on respect for its bilateral and WTO commitments on free trade.

President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso and around 15 commissioners will visit Moscow on 21-22 March for the traditional biennial meeting between the Russian government - led by Prime Minister Dimitry Medvedev - and the Commission.
