12/03/2013 (Agence Europe) - Concentrations: DSE-INCJ-Solar Ventures/Solar Holding. On 12 March, the European Commission authorised the joint takeover of the Italian company Solar Holding Srl by DSE-Diamond Solar Europe Ltd (United Kingdom), INCJ-Innovation Network Corporation (Japan) and Solar Ventures Srl (Italy). Solar Holding Srl specialises in the production and provision of wholesale photovoltaic electricity in Italy and was hitherto controlled by the Italian investment company AME....
