The experts' meeting on Thursday 10 January, as part of the working group that is following up the implementation of integrated border management between Serbia and Kosovo, was extended - as hoped - until Friday 11 January. The working group was due to review the implementation of this integrated border management and prepare the discussions between the Serbian and Kosovan prime ministers, Ivica Dacic and Hashim Thaçi, and High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton on 17 January, Ashton's spokesperson, Maja Kocijancic, said on 10 January. The experts were also due to discuss customs issues, as was decided at their last meeting on 4 December (see EUROPE 10745). The high level meeting on 17 January will take the same form as the previous meetings, with bilateral talks between Ashton and each prime minister, followed by a dinner together. (CG/transl.fl)
