Brussels, 20/12/2012 (Agence Europe) - The Society of Audiovisual Authors (SAA) of Spain has filed a complaint with the European Commission on the subject of the new Spanish law concerning the system for remuneration relating to private copying and right holders, SAA states in a press release.
