Brussels, 20/12/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 19 December, 15 member states in the anti-dumping committee of the European Council said that they were in favour of anti-dumping measures on imports of American bioethanol, on the basis of a legislative proposal put forward by the European Commission.
