Brussels, 09/11/2012 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is unhappy with the way its draft airport and ground-handling legislation is being dealt with, and if MEPs confirm in first reading their rejection of the ground-handling services aspects of the package, it may decide to withdraw the whole package because the Council of Ministers and the European Parliament are not prepared to give enough ground to make the package capable of improving airport capacity.
