Brussels, 09/11/2012 (Agence Europe) - The “friends of cohesion” countries will be meeting in Brussels for the third time on Tuesday 13 November to discuss the upcoming multiannual financial framework (MFF) for 2014-2020 that promises to slash the Cohesion Policy budget. Sixteen heads of state will attend the meeting.
