Brussels, 09/11/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 8 November, the General Court of the European Union rejected Hungary's case against Slovakia on the use of the Tokaj appellation in the European database E-Bacchus for wines from the Tokaj region (along the two countries' border) which are produced on the Slovak side.
Since a change in name requested by Slovakia in 2009, which came into force in 2010, the labels on Tokaj wine produced on the Slovak side bear the wording “vinohradnicka...
