Agreement on advanced status on 19 November

Brussels, 05/11/2012 (Agence Europe) - On 19 November, Tunisia and the EU will put the finishing touches to their negotiations on the granting of “advanced status”, as announced by the secretary of state for foreign affairs in Tunisia. Laura Baeza, the EU ambassador to Tunisia, confirmed the news in a press release, saying that this partnership is recognition by the European Union of the democratic transition in Tunisia and the results of the Arab Spring in this country.
