EU hopes for rapid and peaceful establishment of government

Brussels, 05/11/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Saturday 3 November, welcoming the appointment of the new Libyan government, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton called on "all parties involved to ensure that the process of installing the new government (…) is rapid and peaceful", "in the light of ongoing consultations among political groups".

Ashton "looks forward" to the new government being "fully operational" in order to be able to develop...
