29/10/2012 (Agence Europe) - Joint Ashton-Clinton visit on 30-31 October. High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton and American Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are making a joint visit to Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo and Serbia. On Tuesday 30 October they are expected to visit Sarajevo to reaffirm “the European integration perspective of a single, united and sovereign Bosnia-Herzegovina”, and to urge Bosnian leaders to continue reforms and address the urgent challenges, a press release states. On Wednesday 31 October Ashton and Clinton are due in Belgrade (Serbia) to meet President Tomislav Nikolic and Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, and in Pristina (Kosovo) to hold talks with President Atifete Jahjaga and Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi. Ashton and Clinton will recall their support for the dialogue for normalisation of relations between Serbia and Kosovo. (CG/transl.fl)
