Coordination between Frontex and EASO on immigration/asylum

Brussels, 27/09/2012 (Agence Europe) - According to an EASO press release, the European Agency for the Management of External Borders, Frontex and the European Asylum Support Office (EASO) signed a cooperation agreement on Wednesday 26 September aimed at deepening their mutual ties. The two organisations will in particular step up cooperation in the field of reception and care of migrants, as well as the detection process for those requiring international protection.
