21/09/2012 (Agence Europe) - EU-China Mayors' Charter. On the occasion of the EU-China Mayors' Forum, on the sidelines of the EU-China summit on 20 September, the mayors signed a charter in which they pledge to make a joint effort in promoting sustainable cities. The forum was organised at the Committee of the Regions by the Covenant of Mayors Office and the Chinese Association of Mayors. (MD/transl.jl)
