Brussels, 25/07/2012 (Agence Europe) - Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Garcia-Margallo said on Tuesday 24 July that the countries of the EU were moving towards a federal Europe, as a response to the economic crisis afflicting the eurozone.
“We are on the eve of qualitative changes in the European Union”, he said at a press conference during a 24-hour visit to the Peruvian capital, Lima, “where the choice is to go backwards or to take a leap forward towards a federal Europe”....
