Brussels, 13/07/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 13 July 2012, the European Commission expressed disgust yet again at the timing chosen by credit rating agencies for their decision to downgrade a country's credit rating. On Thursday 12 July, Moody's downgraded Italy's credit rating by two notches.
