On Tuesday 20 March, the European Commission cleared the acquisition of parts of Germany's Bominflot Bunkergesellschaft für Mineralöle GmbH & Co. GG by Marquard & Bahls AG (oil trading, tank-terminal storage, aviation fuelling services and renewable energy).
