Brussels, 02/03/2012 (Agence Europe) - The chair of the Eurogroup, Jean-Claude Juncker, has been instructed to enter consultation with the president of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy, to seek the best candidates for three top jobs - the chair of Eurogroup (Juncker will be leaving in the summer of 2013), the president of the EBRD and a membership post of the ECB Executive Board.
