Brussels, 02/03/2012 (Agence Europe) - Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy has announced that his country hopes to achieve a public deficit of 5.8% of GDP in 2012, while the previous government had made a commitment with the European Commission that the deficit would be brought down to 4.4% of GDP.
