03/02/2012 (Agence Europe) - CREAM project is launched. The ENCATC network has announced the launch of the CREAM project (Creative Blended Mentoring for Cultural Managers), with the support of the European Commission's lifelong learning programme. The CREAM network is composed of eight partners from the cultural and academic sectors of seven member states and was created to meet Community objectives for achieving a correspondence between the competences needed on the labour market in the cultural sector and the employability of the cultural players. The first meeting for the CREAM project took place in Rome on 19-20 December 2011. The final conference is scheduled for October 2013, in Brussels. (IL/transl.jl)
