Brussels, 20/01/2012 (Agence Europe) - Foreign ministers are expected to take many decisions during the Council to be held on Monday 23 January. There will be a decision on Belarus, broadening the criteria for subjecting persons and entities to restrictive measures, with a view to taking new sanctions in February.
