2012 EU-China Year of Intercultural Dialogue

Brussels, 17/01/2012 (Agence Europe) - Chinese culture will take centre stage in 2012. Some 150 projects relating to Chinese culture will be launched this year by the 27 European Union member states. At the 13th EU-China summit in October 2010, European Commission President José Manuel Barroso and Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao announced that 2012 would be the Year of EU-China Intercultural Dialogue, to be organised by the Chinese Ministry of Culture and the European Commission Culture...
