Brussels, 12/01/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 12 January, the Council of Notariats of the European Union appointed a new president. Tilman Götte from Germany, who will take over from the Austrian, Rudolf Kaindl, at the head of this organisation representing 40,000 notaries in the EU.
