Brussels, 11/01/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 11 January, EU Internal Market Commissioner Michel Barnier called on the leaders of France, Germany and the UK to reach agreement on which of them would be hosting the new EU Patents Court. London, Paris and Munich all want to host the new court and the commissioner hopes that agreement can be found at the summit on 30 January 2012.
