Brussels, 16/11/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 16 November, the European Parliament (EP) approved a number of decisions releasing aid of €42.3 million to help redundant workers in Ireland, Austria and Greece find new jobs. The aid comes from the EU Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF).
Ireland will benefit from a total of €35.7 million to help find new jobs for close to 6,000 workers made redundant by almost 3,300 construction, architecture, engineering and technical testing firms...
