Brussels, 16/11/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 16 November, the European Parliament reached an agreement (with the Council) in its first reading on European Union action for a European heritage label. By adopting the recommendation by Chrysoula Paliadeli (S&D, Greece), the EP has given its effective support to the Council's position in its first reading, which retains the majority of Parliamentary amendments.
