28/10/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 28 October, the Polish Presidency decided not to convene a special ECOFIN Council to discuss the outcome of the 26-27 October eurozone summit, explaining in a press release: “The necessary preparatory work for finance ministers' decisions which derive from the summits will now be conducted. As things stand today, the next ECOFIN Council meeting will take place on 8 November 2011. Hence, as originally planned.” (MB/transl.fl)
