22/09/2011 (Agence Europe) - Mobility Week. Travelling by bicycle is definitely the means of transport for which the Mobility Week shows preference. The European Two-wheel Retailers' Association (ETRA) organised an event, Smart2Wheels, for Thursday 22 September, during which various innovative models of two-wheelers were displayed on the European Parliament esplanade. A fair number of MEPs, from all political parties, took part in the conferences and debates organised at the European Parliament and the Embassy of the Netherlands, with a view to promoting this environmentally-friendly means of transport.
