Brussels, 06/07/2011 (Agence Europe) - Bad news for those who hoped to see the European Parliament (EP) recommend measures to flesh out the aim of heightening the EU's climate ambitions by 2020: the EP, which was due, on Tuesday 5 July, to adopt a resolution on arrangements for taking the target for emissions reduction from 20% to 30% and on carbon leaks, did, in fact not do so.
