Brussels, 19/05/2011 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission asked Spain, on Thursday 19 May, to amend its legislation on granting authorisations to motor vehicles in order to comply with EU rules on the free movement of goods. Following the reasoned opinion sent on Thursday, Spain will have two months to inform the Commission of the measures to be taken to ensure compliance with EU law and so avoid being referred to the EU Court of Justice.
