Brussels, 19/04/2011 (Agence Europe) - In Sofia on Monday 18 April, French Home Affairs Minister Claude Guéant proposed that police officers from EU countries help Bulgaria to protect its borders, before it joins the Schengen area, which is currently blocked by Paris and Berlin, AFP reports.
