22/03/2011 (Agence Europe) - Concentrations: AXA IMPEE/NOVACAP. On Tuesday 22 March, the European Commission authorised the acquisition by AXA LBO Fund IV, managed by the French company AXA Investment Managers Private Equity Europe SA (AXA IMPEE), of control of the whole of the French group NOVACAP. AXA IMPEE is an undertaking which manages capital investment. NOVACAP manufactures and sells chemicals for industry. The case was examined under simplified merger review procedure. (O.L./transl.jl)
