Norbert Dentressangle takes over Laxey Logistics

Brussels, 22/03/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 21 March, the European Commission authorised the proposed acquisition of Laxey Logistics, the holding company of the UK-based logistics provider TDG, by the France-based logistics and transport company Norbert Dentressangle. TDG supplies logistics services in seven European countries including the United Kingdom, where the operation will entail horizontal overlaps between the activities of Norbert Dentressangle and TDG.
