Brussels, 07/03/2011 (Agence Europe) - At 8.00am on Monday 7 March, the Austrian and Polish registries of online transactions in the European carbon market resumed normal operations. The go-ahead was announced by the European Commission on Friday evening following its review of the independent reports on the security of their respective registries submitted by the two member states.
