07/03/2011 (Agence Europe) - Mergers: CaixaSabadell Vida/Aegon/Unnim. On Thursday 3 March, the Commission authorised the proposed acquisition of CaixaSabadell Vida of Spain by Dutch group Aegon and Spanish group Unnim. All the parties in the operation are active in the insurance and banking sectors. (O.L./transl.rt)
