Brussels, 28/02/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 28 February, the first regional conference on the motorways of the sea opened in Genoa, Italy. As an integral part of the Trans-European Transport Networks (TEN-T), the motorways of the sea are the maritime links that ensure an alternative to transporting goods and people by road between the different points of the EU.
