27/01/2011 (Agence Europe) - Poland criticised for lack of transparency in allocating air traffic rights. On Thursday 27 January, the European Commission sent Poland a reasoned opinion calling on it to put in place transparent and non-discriminatory procedures for allocating air traffic rights between Poland and non-EU countries (Regulation 847/2004). Poland now has two months to comply with European law, otherwise it could be referred to the Court of Justice of the EU. (A.By./transl.rt)
