Brussels, 05/01/2011 (Agence Europe) - On 13 December, EU fisheries ministers reached political agreement on a regulation setting the fishing opportunities applicable in the Black Sea in 2011, with Romania, Bulgaria and the European Commission finally accepting the compromise from the Belgian Presidency of the EU Council of Ministers.
