Turkish-Cypriot problem hampers EU-NATO relations

Brussels, 09/12/2010 (Agence Europe) - “The basic problem” is “the division of Cyprus and the dispute connected to that”, said NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen speaking to the press after his informal EU defence ministers' meeting on Thursday 9 December.
