22/11/2010 (Agence Europe) - Submitting to the European Parliament a report on the work of the European Central Bank in 2009 (which EUROPE will be returning to tomorrow), ECB president Jean-Claude Trichet said 2011 would be a decisive year for economic governance and possibly also for the start of a process of revising the EU treaties.
