15/11/2010 (Agence Europe) - France-Claude Arnould director of EDA? - Well-informed sources have told us that Catherine Ashton is very soon to announce the appointment of the Frenchwoman France-Claude Arnould to the post of executive director of the European Defence Agency (EDA). Arnould, currently Director at the “Crisis Management and Planning” Directorate (CMPD) within the Council Secretariat, will be taking over from the German Alexander Weis. (H.B./transl.fl)
