Advocate General recommends rejection of Commission's appeal against integrated public tender in Spain

Brussels, 17/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - In conclusions published on Thursday 16 September in Case C-306/08, the European Court of Justice's advocate general recommends that the Court should reject the European Commission's appeal against Spain, which alleges that Spain has failed in its duties of coordination of the award of public works, supply and services contracts (under EU Directives 93/37/EEC and 2004/18/EC).
