Brussels, 17/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - In a ruling on Case C-149/10 issued on Thursday 16 September 2010, the European Court of Justice ruled that in line with equality of treatment, European law on parental leave requires member states, in line with their special national situations, to introduce systems taking proper account of the special needs of the parents of twins.
