Advocate General recommends rejecting case brought against Portugal over access to profession of notary

Brussels, 15/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - The conclusions returned on 14 September by the Advocate General on the case brought by the Commission against 7 Member States for the limitations they impose on access to the profession of notary (EUROPE 10214, p.15) also concerned Portugal (case C-52/08).
