Brussels, 15/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - The heads of state and government of the EU will be meeting in Brussels this Thursday 16 September by invitation of Herman Van Rompuy for a European Council given over to the Union's relations with its strategic partners, to economic governance and to Pakistan.
