Brussels, 13/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - In a ruling published on Monday 13 September, the Court has partly overturned the decision of the European Commission of 2005 ordering the recovery of various items of state aid paid by Greece to the airlines Olympic Airways and Olympic Airlines, due to a number of omissions in the examination of elements of the dossier.
