Brussels, 13/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 13 September, the Council of the EU called on Bulgaria and Romania very quickly to reform their judicial systems, recommending that the monitoring mechanism that has been in place for both counties since their accession to the EU in 2007 be retained.
