Brussels, 27/07/2010 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has earmarked €35 million in emergency humanitarian aid to help the most vulnerable communities in Somalia, a country in the Horn of Africa where around 3.2 million people are suffering from conflicts and natural disasters and are in desperate need.
