Brussels, 23/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - At the joint ACP-EU Council of ministers meeting on Tuesday 22 June in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) the EU and partners from Africa, the Caribbean and Pacific, signed a second revision of the Cotonou agreement (EUROPE 10164).
