Andreas Schwab, rapporteur on “consumer rights” directive, says flexibility is required for making progress

Brussels, 23/06/2010 (Agence Europe) -Work is being stepped up at the European Parliament on the draft directive of October 2008 on consumer rights. This is proving to be a real headache, but which could perhaps be resolved by way of mixed harmonisation.
