Brussels, 10/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 14 to Thursday 17 June, the European Parliament will meet in Strasbourg for a plenary session devoted in particular to preparation of the European Council of 17 and 18 June. It will discuss various subjects, especially economic and financial issues (euro, strengthening of economic governance, quality of statistics, rating agencies), as well as budgetary matters (review of multiannual financial framework, setting up of a special committee on the post 2013 budget) and international matters (EU/Russia, Israel's attack on the humanitarian aid vessel, aviation agreement with the United States, and the ban on whale fishing).
Monday 14 June
